Cryogenic Labels for Frozen Samples, Tubes & Containers

Cryo labels for already frozen samples and containers are designed for direct application to frozen cryovials, (micro)tubes, cryoboxes and other sample storage boxes at application temperatures up to -80°C. This eliminates the need to thaw samples prior to the labeling process, helping to maintain sample integrity while enabling application directly on frozen surfaces.

After application on frozen surfaces, the labeled containers can be returned directly for further storage in liquid nitrogen (-196°C) or ultra-low temperature freezers (-80°C). This enables safe and controlled identification in cryogenic and … Read more

This enables safe and controlled identification in cryogenic and low-temperature storage environments, without interruption of storage conditions.

The labels are compatible with a wide range of laboratory printing systems, including thermal transfer printers, direct thermal printers, laser printers, and DYMO LabelWriter systems. This ensures flexible integration into existing laboratory and biobanking workflows without the need for system changes. Handwritten versions are also available for applications where printing is not required.

The cryogenic frozen surface labels are ideal for use in biobanks, biorepositories, pharmaceutical research facilities, clinical laboratories, and sample storage environments where reliable identification of frozen samples is required throughout the entire storage and handling process. This enables seamless integration into standard biobanking workflows and sample traceability systems.
