We strive to have your order shipped within 24 hours after having placed the order. In case one of the ordered items is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you on the approximate waiting time.
Using trusted logistics services such as DHL, FedEx and TNT Express we are trying to guarantee the quality and time of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace number that will allow you to trace your shipment. It can take until one day before the package becomes traceable.
Orders above € 175.00 that are shipped within the Netherlands, to Belgium and to Germany will be exempt from shipping fees. For orders under € 175.00 a charge of € 10.00 will be brought into account. When placing an order, you can find the exact price of the shipping costs.
We ship our products worldwide. Customers outside of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany can get in contact with us via phone or e-mail in order to determine the exact terms and shipping fees. An indication of these fees can be found while placing an order based on the country selected for shipping.
At LabID Technologies B.V., you have the possibility to return or to exchange a product within 30 days. We require that the article is complete and is in its original packaging. Damaged and incomplete products will not be accepted for exchange or return.
The fees that are acquired for returning an item will be for you. Fees acquired for exchanging an item will be paid by us. When returning a product, we will also deposit back your money for eventual paid shipping and handling fees that were acquired when you placed your order.
Canceling an order at LabID Technologies is free of charge. Please communicate your cancellation as soon as possible. The return policy will be automatically taken into account if the product is already out for shipment.

3-Step Return and Exchange Plan
Would you like to return a product? In order for us to complete the return as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to follow our 3-step return and exchange plan.
- Contact us within 30 days after purchase to confirm that you would like to return a product.
- You will receive our return address via e-mail or phone.
- Do not forget to include a copy of your invoice with your bank details.
After having received the product(s) back, we will exchange it with a new product if applicable (and if in stock) or we will refund the entire amount within 10 days.
For returns unrelated to the performance or the quality of our products (e.g. wrong product ordered, product no longer needed), the customer will assume all delivery charges and be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Items on clearance are treated as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return.
