Cryogenic laser labels for the identification of already frozen sample containers such as frozen cryovials, tubes, cryoboxes, as well as plastic and cardboard freezer boxes, which are difficult to label under deep-freeze conditions (as low as -80°C). The labels are designed to be applied directly, and will rapidly adhere to already frozen vials and tubes without the need of an overlap. Suitable for long-term preservation in liquid nitrogen (-196°C), -80°C freezers, for dry ice transportation, and can withstand temperatures up to +100°C. Labels are water and condensation-resistant, and can withstand immersion and thawing in water baths.
Labels are easy to format and printable with all common office & desktop laser printers and copiers. As well the labels as the smudge-proof and high quality printout are also resistant to mild laboratory solvents & chemicals (spray and swab). The labels accept also writing with permanent cryo markers, are wear and tear proof, jam-free and resistant to UV & Gamma irradiation.
