Cryogenic laser labels designed for the identification of already frozen sample containers, including cryovials, tubes, cryoboxes, and plastic or cardboard freezer boxes that are difficult to label under deep-freeze conditions (down to -80 °C). The labels can be applied directly and adhere rapidly to frozen surfaces without requiring overlap or wrapping.
The cryo labels are suitable for long-term storage in liquid nitrogen (-196 °C), ultra-low temperature freezers (-80 °C), and dry ice transportation, and can withstand temperatures up to +100 °C. The labels are water- and condensation-resistant and remain intact during immersion and repeated thawing in water baths.
Printable with all common laser printers, producing a sharp, smudge-proof printout that is resistant to mild laboratory chemicals (spray and wipe). The cryogenic labels can be applied directly to frozen vials and tubes without overlap and can also be written on using cryo markers.
