Thermal transfer printable cryogenic labels for the identification of already frozen sample containers such as vials and tubes. The frozen containers can be labeled immediately after their removal from cryo storage and can be placed back into liquid nitrogen or freezers for further preservation. The labels for frozen surfaces provide on this way an ideal solution for bio-repositories, biobanks and other cryogenic storage facilities that need relabeling of already frozen samples inside freezers and liquid nitrogen tanks. The labels are printable with all major brands of thermal transfer printers and also accept writing with our cryo markers.
An overlap of at least 8 - 10mm is recommended to ensure proper adherence to the frozen surface.
