Cryogenic thermal transfer printable labels for the reliable identification of already frozen sample containers, including vials, tubes and other laboratory containers intended for long-term cryogenic and freezer storage. The labels adhere directly to frozen surfaces, allowing samples to be labeled immediately after removal from cryogenic storage without thawing. Once labeled, the samples can be returned directly to liquid nitrogen or laboratory freezers for continued storage.
These labels provide an ideal solution for biobanks, biorepositories and other cryogenic storage facilities where already frozen samples need to be relabeled inside freezers or liquid nitrogen storage systems. The labels are compatible with all major brands of thermal transfer printers and can also be written on with permanent markers (Cryo Markers).
