Cryogenic laser labels for the identification of already frozen sample containers such as cryovials, tubes, cryoboxes, as well as plastic and cardboard freezer boxes, which are difficult to label under deep-freeze conditions (down to -80°C). The labels are designed for direct application and adhere immediately to already frozen surfaces (-80°C) without the need for overlap. Suitable for long-term storage in liquid nitrogen (-196°C), -80°C freezers, dry ice transportation, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to +100°C. The labels are water- and condensation-resistant and withstand immersion and thawing in water baths.
The labels are compatible with all common office and desktop laser printers and copiers. Both the label material and the smudge-resistant, high-quality print are resistant to mild laboratory solvents and chemicals (spray and wipe applications). The labels are also suitable for writing with permanent cryo markers, and are resistant to wear, UV exposure, and gamma irradiation.
