These high-temperature resistant labels are designed for plastic and glass containers that undergo autoclaving or dry-heat sterilization. The labels can withstand up to 20 autoclave cycles at +121 ºC and 16.5 psi without peeling or fading. The print stays clear and legible even after exposure to high heat, gamma irradiation (up to 50 KGy), or ethylene oxide sterilization. This makes these labels a reliable solution for labeling containers and surfaces that need sterilization in autoclaves, dry-heat equipment, or gamma irradiators. Please note that the upper point temperature might slightly vary depending on the duration of the exposure.
The autoclave label are water- and weatherproof and compatible with most universal thermal-transfer printers, making them easy to integrate into existing labeling processes.
