These removable laser labels are designed for reliable identification of surgical instruments, metal and plastic sterilization containers, glassware, trays, blister packs, and other items used in sterilization workflows. The labels are suitable for use in steam autoclaves, ovens, Ethylene Oxide Sterilization (EtO) systems, and gamma irradiation processes.
The autoclave-resistant labels are waterproof and resistant to alcohol and commonly used disinfectants. They have been tested to withstand one standard autoclave cycle (+121°C, 16.5 psi, 20 minutes), making them suitable for labeling both single-use packages and reusable containers during sterilization.
The removable adhesive allows the labels to be taken off cleanly after use without leaving adhesive residue. This makes them ideal when temporary identification is required, for example during instrument processing or sterilization tracking.
The labels offer a wide temperature range from –40°C to +150°C and are resistant to moisture, abrasion, and general wear. They labels are designed for reliable feeding in laser printers and will not jam during printing.
Compatible with all major desktop laser printer brands, the labels are easy to format using our Microsoft Word templates.
Note: After dry heat treatment exceeding 1 hour, some adhesive residue may remain.
